Founding Tester Prize Draw — December 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is Coppio Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17327561, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“we”, “us” or “Coppi”). Contact: hello@meetcoppi.com.

2. Who can enter

1. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have been accepted into the Coppi founding tester beta and who join it in the Coppi app (iPhone or Android) by 23:59 GMT on 28 November 2026 (the “enrolment deadline”).
2. You “join” when you tap Join in the Founding tester programme section of the Coppi app. The time recorded by our server when you do so is your “join time”. Testers who joined before these terms were published can take part if they meet all the other requirements.
3. Employees, officers and contractors of Coppio Ltd, members of their immediate households, and anyone professionally connected with this draw may not enter. Coppio staff and test accounts cannot enter.
4. Only one entry is permitted per person and per Coppi account.
5. Applying to be a tester, whether on our website or through a form in a Facebook or Instagram post or advert, is not an entry and does not by itself make you eligible.
6. You can take part in the beta without entering this draw.

3. How to enter

1. Join the beta in the app by the enrolment deadline.
2. Complete all three in-app feedback check-ins. They become available 7, 14 and 21 days after your join time (that is, 168, 336 and 504 hours after it).
3. Complete your 21-day beta, which ends 21 days (504 hours) after your join time.
4. Then choose to enter in the app. You will be asked to confirm that you are aged 18 or over and live in the UK, and that you have read and agree to these terms.
5. Your entry must be received by our server before the closing time in section 4. Because your 21 days are counted from your join time, a tester who joins exactly at the enrolment deadline finishes their 21 days at 23:59 GMT on 19 December 2026 and then has until the closing time to complete the final check-in and enter. We recommend joining in good time.
6. Entry is free. There is no charge beyond your ordinary cost of internet access.
7. Incomplete, automated, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries will not be included. We are not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical problems outside our reasonable control.

4. Key dates

• Opens: 5 November 2026, when these terms are published.
• Enrolment deadline: 23:59 GMT on 28 November 2026.
• Closes: 23:59 GMT on 21 December 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
• Winner selected: within seven days after the closing time.

All times are UK time, which is GMT in November and December.

5. Prize

There is one prize: a £50 Pets at Home digital gift card, sent to the winner by email. It can be used in line with the Pets at Home gift card terms and conditions supplied with it, including any expiry date and any restrictions on where it can be used. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. We will not ask the winner to pay anything to receive it. Pets at Home is not involved in running this draw and does not sponsor or endorse it. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection

Within seven days after the closing time, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. Selection uses a computer process based on cryptographically secure random numbers, which can be independently re-run to verify the result. We will keep a record of the selection, including the list of valid entries and the random value used.

7. Notification and delivery

1. We will email the winner, using the email address on their Coppi account, within seven days of selection.
2. The winner must reply within 14 days to confirm acceptance and any details we need to deliver the prize. If they do not reply in time, or are found to be ineligible, we may withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner using the same random process.
3. We will deliver the prize within 30 days after the winner confirms the details needed for delivery.
4. We may ask the winner for reasonable proof of age and UK residence before awarding the prize.

8. Winner information

We will make the winner’s surname and county available to anyone who sends a reasonable request to hello@meetcoppi.com within three months after the closing date. The winner may object to some or all of this information being published or made available. We must still provide information and evidence to the Advertising Standards Authority if it asks.

9. Your information

1. Coppio Ltd is the data controller. To run the draw we use your Coppi account email address, your join time, check-in completion times, your entry time and your confirmations. If you win, we also use your name, any delivery details you give us and the information in section 8.
2. We use this information only to run and verify the draw, contact and verify the winner, deliver the prize, deal with queries and complaints, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the promotion fairly and, where relevant, our legal obligations.
3. Your check-in answers are used to improve Coppi. They play no part in winner selection.
4. We do not use your entry to send you marketing, and we do not share your details with the voucher retailer or any other third party except as needed to deliver the prize or as required by law.
5. We keep draw records for up to 12 months after the closing date, and then delete them. We may keep them longer only if they are needed to deal with a complaint or a legal claim.

10. General

1. We will run the draw fairly and in accordance with these terms. Our decision on eligibility and administration is final, but this does not affect your legal rights.
2. We may disqualify an entrant where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
3. We will not change these terms in a way that disadvantages entrants. We will extend, suspend or cancel the draw only where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this unavoidable and doing so is fair to entrants, and we will tell testers in the app if that happens.
4. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Pets at Home, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Apple or Google.

6. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Entrants keep any mandatory rights they have to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction.
